The theme for this week from AIS is "over a blue base".. and thats exactly what I did.
Base polish: ulta3- pacific splash, essence- Jacob's protection
Stamping polish: Barry M- foil effects gold
Image plate: CH40
Heart shaped diamontes- pink, silver, black, red
